Welcome to Magnolia Creek Counseling.

Julie has always been passionate about helping people find hope, joy, peace, and calling.

She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary and Early Childhood education, but began her career in 1998 working in Higher Education. During those years, she served traditional and non-traditional age students in academic and student support services. But after six years, she missed working with young children and families.

In 2004, she left Higher Education and answered the call to work in full-time Children’s Ministry. She is an advocate for wholehearted children, parents, and families. She serves children ages 3- 18 years and their families.

Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. As well as a certified Registered Play Therapist.
